With XPL, you can have your packages delivered, dropped off or picked up at designated locations, and track them using our platform. That’s not all. You can also:

  • Integrate XPL with your Shopify page. This automatically downloads all your delivery information to our platform, so you can quickly fulfill your customers’ orders.
  • Have payments directly remitted to your bank account through PesoNet.

What's the cut-off time for package pick ups?

Our logistics partners will pick up packages within the same day if you made your booking request before the 12 noon cut-off time. Otherwise, the pick up will be made on the next business day.

Where can XPL pick up and deliver packages?

We have built an extensive network of logistics partners throughout the Philippines, which means we can pick up and deliver packages in almost all locations across the country as long as these are served by our partners.

The package got lost during delilvery,
what should i do?

In the unlikely event that your package is lost during delivery, please contact directly the logistics provider that handled your package. You will be able to see the provider and their contact information once you log into the platform.

Note: Please do not contact XPL regarding lost packages. The logistics partner responsible will be able to provide you with a faster and accurate response.

How do i ship multiple items?

Multiple items can be shipped in a single package at the moment. Please ensure that items are packed carefully. For fragile items, please wrap them in bubble wrap for additional protection.

How do i track shipments?

To track your shipments, please go to the Waybill Report page, and then click the waybill number of the package you wish to track. You will be able to view the detailed journey of the package in the History section.

how quickly can you send packages?

We are able to ship packages anywhere from 3–7 days. The actual time frame will depend on a number of factors such as:

  • The location of the consignee
  • Public holidays that may extend the estimated time of delivery
  • Your chosen logistics provider
  • Unforeseen incidents like severe weather, accidents, etc.
